Approach

How an engagement actually runs, and what we expect from each other along the way.

Principles

We tell you what's actually wrong, not what's easiest to sell.

We deliver systems people adopt, not systems that merely go live.

We stay after launch. Handover isn't the end of the relationship.

Engagement model
01

Discovery

We look at what you have before we say anything about what you need. Systems, costs, people, and the things everyone works around without mentioning.

02

Plan

A written plan with sequencing, cost, and risk. If part of it is a bad idea, we say so before you pay for it.

03

Build

Short cycles with something working at the end of each one. You see progress rather than status reports.

04

Handover

Documentation, training, and access. Your team should be able to run it without us.

05

Support

We stay after launch. Handover isn't the end of the relationship, and nothing here is designed to make you dependent.

What we ask of you

One person who can make decisions, access to the people who use the systems, and honesty about what has already been tried. Projects fail on those three far more often than on technology.

Tell us what's broken.

Or what you're planning to build. The first conversation is free, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it.
